Sturia Caviar d'Aquitaine PGI is a caviar with a delicately melting texture, grains that detach easily and a gentle saltiness... Beautiful notes of butter, fresh cream and nuts.
Its grains are shiny, with dark green highlights * (*trendy).
This caviar is particularly interesting for its iodine character, typical of caviar, but without being overpowering.
Sturia Caviar d'Aquitaine PGI is our latest creation! Its briny character, typical of caviar but not overpowering, makes it the perfect accompaniment. Enjoy it as an aperitif, in finger food, in cooking, or simply on its own by the spoonful... tasting it is a delight! Choose a young, mineral white wine with a touch of richness. And for the epicurean, a Pinot Noir/Chardonnay blend Champagne.

As a breeder, producer, selector, and refiner of French caviar (in Aquitaine), Sturia is involved from egg to egg. Our sturgeon are born and raised on our own aquaculture farms in Aquitaine, France. Our caviar is then handcrafted, using traditional methods, in our production facility, also located in Aquitaine, France.
This presence throughout the chain, from the birth of our sturgeons to marketing, allows us to ensure strict traceability of our caviars.
Coming from the Acipenser baerii baerii sturgeon raised in our fish farms in Nouvelle Aquitaine, Sturia Caviar d'Aquitaine PGI caviar is a true Aquitaine caviar.
