Description
Fresh, green caviar
Sturia Primeur caviar is a seasonal caviar. Its light maturation (less than three months) offers a fleeting initial salinity. Then, at the heart of the egg, one discovers a buttery and indulgent texture, of savory brioche. And at the end, green notes of matcha tea. Its grains are separate, with grey/green-gold reflections * (* trend).
This amazing caviar will surprise even the most seasoned caviar lovers and connoisseurs...
Tasting tips
Sturia Primeur caviar is truly remarkable! Its fresh, green flavor and its simultaneously crisp and buttery texture make it a perfect complement to shellfish dishes. To enhance its freshness, choose a rich, dry, and quite aromatic white wine with floral, mineral, or even smoky notes. Or a Blanc de Blancs Champagne.

As a breeder, producer, selector, and refiner of French caviar (in Aquitaine), Sturia is involved from egg to egg. Our sturgeon are born and raised on our own aquaculture farms in Aquitaine, France. Our caviar is then handcrafted, using traditional methods, in our production facility, also located in Aquitaine, France. This complete control of the supply chain, from the birth of our sturgeons to the final sale, allows us to guarantee strict traceability of our caviar.
Coming from the Acipenser baerii baerii sturgeon raised in our fish farms in New Aquitaine, Sturia Primeur caviar is a true French caviar.
